I will be sharing practical, simple, fun and tasty ways to ‘healthfully’ use these foods using principles of
sprouting, soaking and souring these foods first. I’ll be empowering you with this knowledge of how implementing
these simple methods greatly improves digestion and assimilation of the wonderful nutrients our grains, nuts and
seeds contain. When we consume them without implementing these methods, these same nutritious foods can cause havoc
in our digestive systems and can contribute to the source of malnutrition, inflammation, allergies, compromised immune
function, auto-immune conditions and so on.
I’ll also be demonstrating several uses of non-gluten grains.
